  • With that in mind, it serves its purpose for practicing technique without the risk of slicing up your arm. The only two complaints I have is that the weight isn’t the same. This trainer is pretty light in comparison to the actual knife. And, the handle isn’t made from the same rubberized material as the actual knife. It’s just plastic.
